
In our hotel a wide variety of
regional specialties are prepared. Therefore we use mainly
regional products, that are freshly supplied every day.
In addition to meat and sausage
products from our own butchers we offer deer of local breed
and hunt. Vegetables and grain products are provided by local
farmers.
This ensures fresh high quality and delicious dishes.
Locally produced beer is available
as well as the famouse Franconian wine.
Upon request we will be happy to
provide you with a set meal tailored to your needs.
In the summer time enjoy our specialties
on our sunny terrace.
For family gatherings, celebrations
of birthdays, anniversaries, retirement and PCS parties as
well as for wedding celebrations, our separate dinning room
is always available. It easily accommodates 50 guests.
